- OAuth Tokens: Encrypted access tokens for connected social media accounts, used solely to fetch publicly available engagement data.
- Public Engagement Data: Comments, likes, and reply counts from your social media content.
- Account Identifiers: Platform account names and IDs for connected accounts.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Passwords
- Private messages or direct messages
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Personal demographic information
4. How We Use Your Data
- Fetch and display engagement metrics from your connected accounts
- Apply filters to engagement data
- Export filtered engagement data in CSV or XLSX format
5. Data Security
- OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS 1.2+
- CSRF protection and rate limiting are implemented
- Access tokens are never exposed to the frontend
- Only read-only permissions are requested
6. Third-Party API Usage
- YouTube Data API: Subject to YouTube API Terms and Google Privacy Policy
- Meta Graph API: Subject to Meta Platform Terms
- LinkedIn Marketing API: Subject to LinkedIn API Terms
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain connected account information only while active. Disconnect any account at any time to remove stored tokens. Use the Data Deletion page for complete deletion.
8. Your Rights
- Disconnect: Remove any connected account at any time
- Delete: Request complete deletion of all stored data
- Export: Export all engagement data in CSV or XLSX
- Transparency: View all connected accounts and their status
